After launching an online sportsbetting service for players in Pennsylvania last month and the Pa.PlaySugarHouse.com domain from Rush Street Gaming has now reportedly expanded its offering by premiering a range of video slots.

According to a Wednesday report from the online news domain at PennBets.com, the domain is branded around eastern Pennsylvania’s SugarHouse Casino and has initiated a three-day test that is seeing players in ‘The Keystone State’ able to enjoy a selection of some 22 video slots from Swedish developer NetEnt AB including the popular Starburst, Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive, Fruit Spin and Reel Rush titles.
Multi-state move:
Chicago-headquartered, Rush Street Gaming, is also responsible for Pennsylvania’s Rivers Casino Pittsburgh as well as the Rivers Casino and Resort Schenectady venue in neighboring New York and is currently in the process of rebranding SugarHouse Casino to the more uniform Rivers Casino Philadelphia moniker. The addition of online casino games to the Pa.PlaySugarHouse.com domain reportedly means that the Philadelphia property has now become the first to be able to offer such iGaming entertainment to aficionados in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
PennBets.com reported that SugarHouse Casino began welcoming land-based players in 2010 while its domain at PlaySugarHouse.com already offers sportsbetting alongside a selection of online video slots to players in New Jersey via local licenses held by that state’s Monmouth Park Racetrack and Golden Nugget Atlantic City.
Ambiguous ambitions:
Regarding the Pa.PlaySugarHouse.com service, there remains uncertainty as to when or if the domain will expand its online casino offerings with much of its future now riding on how its three-day trial is accessed by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. But, in the meantime the site has followed enterprises from Pennsylvania’s Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course and Parx Casino in allowing aficionados in the eastern state to access a range of real-money games via laptop and desktop computers alongside Android-enabled mobile devices.
